Scope: Tenovos DAM (also called "Tenovos Orchestration"), Tenovos Glass and Tenovos Connect. The user and admin documentation sits behind the customer Support Portal S24. This page therefore relies on product pages and on the public API reference , which often gives the most precise detail. Product-page claims are marketing descriptions; limits not stated there are marked Unknown.

  • Federated assets referenced from an external S3 location S7.
  • Storage: AWS S3, with Glacier among the AWS services used S32 S36.

  • Glass ingestion: Glass indexes content in place from connected "channels" (Box, Google Drive, SharePoint, AWS S3, Azure Blob, Google Cloud Storage, Tenovos DAM, Adobe AEM, Sitecore, Bynder, Brandfolder), without migration. After a full first crawl, delta scans run every 10 minutes by default S9 S27.

Metadata & taxonomy

  • Admins configure metadata in the UI without IT support: attributes, vocabularies, taxonomy changes S39.

  • Attribute options S7:
    • textbox (max 250 characters) and textarea (max 10,000 characters);
