README — provenance

DAM Wiki downloaded these files on 2026-10-01 from public vendor URLs (no login needed). They are unmodified copies, exactly as the vendor serves them. Both specs are the documents rendered (Redoc) by the Acquia documentation site: the page nodes for /acquia-dam/api-v2 and /acquia-dam/api-v1 point to these URLs as their resource. DAM Wiki refreshes these copies when the Acquia DAM release notes announce API changes.

Notes

  • No Postman collection or GraphQL schema is published. The TypeScript SDK (Widen/acquia-dam-ts-sdk, npm acquia-dam-sdk) is the only official client library.
  • v2 servers is https://api.widencollective.com (paths start with /v2/…). v1 servers is https://<mysite>.widencollective.com (paths start with /api/rest/…); replace <mysite> with the tenant's site key, written {tenant} in this wiki.
  • The spec examples contain sample hostnames, IDs and tokens written by the vendor (e.g. wat_demo_…, demo embed URLs); they are kept verbatim as published and are not customer data observed by this wiki.
  • Quick inventory: python -c "import json;s=json.load(open('acquia-dam_openapi_v2.json',encoding='utf-8'));[print(m.upper(),p) for p,o in s['paths'].items() for m in o]"
