- Marketing counts differ by page: "80+ pre-built integrations", "nearly 300 integrations" (product page), "200+ marketplace partners" (API page) S20 S22; the product guide says native integrations with "more than 25" applications and partner integrations with "more than 30" S18 Unverified (counts are not reconciled by the vendor).
- Native (managed) integrations are built by Acquia's integration team as background services with no UI, scoped per customer in two-week sprints (~10 business days of development), then handed to Support; several are add-ons S18 S19. Some native services are "powered by Workato" S87.
- Partner integrations are contracted, invoiced and supported directly by the partner S18. Requests for unsupported tools are treated as "new technology" and depend on roadmap and demand S18.
